For many years, the CEC Workshop on Electrochemistry has brought together experts in fields of engineering, materials science, and electrochemistry to focus on key topics in important areas of electrochemical research. The Workshop features scientists and researchers from top universities, national laboratories, and electrochemical industries discussing cutting-edge electrochemical science, and addressing challenges related to the mechanisms of electron transfer.
Please join us in the 2025 Bard CEC workshop, which will take place from April 28-30, 2025 (Monday-Wednesday) on the University of Texas campus in Austin, Texas. This year, we are expanding our traditional two-day workshop format to a three-day event by adding a "day 0" focused on student-centric talks and workshops. The following two days will continue the tradition featuring great speakers in a casual atmosphere that fosters interaction between students, postdocs, faculty, representatives from industry, and national labs.
The Workshop will include technical presentations and poster sessions from several different perspectives covering areas ranging from Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy, Electrocatalysis, and Computational Materials & Electrochemistry, etc. More details will be available soon, so stay tuned for future news updates about this exciting event—registration is now open! We look forward to seeing you in Austin!
